More space to collect your memories. Our one bedroom apartments comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people. For a holiday in complete comfort. A bedroom for restful sleep and a living room with kitchenette equipped with everything you need. All our two-room apartments have balconies.
A very bright living room, two bedrooms, for a total of 5 beds and a bathroom. Large balconies facing east and south to soak up all the sun there is. Our three-room apartment is the perfect refuge for 4 or 5 people.
Our house offers you: Storage for sports equipment, fountain dispensing naturized water, private outdoor parking. A spacious outdoor area where you can spend a few hours relaxing. In each apartment you will find bed linen and towels, body and hair cleanser in the shower, a kit for cleaning dishes (dishwasher tabs, dish detergent, sponges and tea towel), coffee and tea kit.
A space dedicated to sports equipment, equipped with heated lockers.
A dispenser of naturized water, natural or sparkling, cold or at room temperature. Free of charge. Plastic bottles are NOT welcome here!
A large outdoor car park where you can leave your car for the duration of your stay, you won't need it! We are fans of soft mobility.
Courtesy kit: bathroom, kitchen and cafeteria. Our comfortable welcome! Do you need other products? We gladly supply them, we have kits of various cuts, to avoid waste.
The reservation is confirmed from the moment of receipt of the confirmatory deposit.
There are different types of rates and related conditions, find the perfect one for your holiday.
Upon your arrival you will be given access to the apartment starting from 3.00 pm, while on the day of departure you will be asked to leave the accommodation by 9.00 am, unless otherwise agreed.
It is possible to request early access or delayed departure at a time to be agreed. This service requires the payment of an extra €60.00.
There are different conditions based on the selected rate:
Standard and Short Stay Rate: a deposit equal to 30% of the estimated amount is required, possibility of free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival. Payment of 70% of the total amount up to 7 days before arrival and balance upon arrival.
Non-refundable rates: total balance at the time of confirmation with no possibility of refund in case of cancellation.
To access the apartment we use a digital system through an app to download on your smartphone.
It happens that you have to do laundry even on holiday, washing and drying at a cost of €5.00 each load.
Your car in the warmth of our garage at a cost of €25.00 per night.
Breakfast Basket: the holiday begins with breakfast, in bed... based on quality products.
By ordering the breakfast basket by 6.00 pm the day before, it will be delivered right in front of the apartment the following morning. Starting from €12.00
Pets are welcome with us! On request we provide bowls for water and food, kennel mattress and blanket to place on the sofa or bed. For their stay we require an extra €20.00 per night.
